- What counts as a seat?
- A person who can sign in to your organization: owners, administrators, project managers and employees. Clients invited to the client portal are not seats.
- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. Up to 3 seats with every feature. No card, no trial clock.
- What does Pro add?
- Seats beyond three, paid per seat, and priority support. The feature set is the same, so a team never loses a feature by staying small.
- How is AI billed?
- You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini key. Your provider bills you for what you use; Duzenio adds nothing on top and does not resell AI usage.
- How do I get AI Testing (TapScout)?
- It is a paid add-on switched on per organization. Email us and we will set it up with you and agree a price for your team size.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Start free, and move to Pro when you add a fourth person. Your projects, chat and timesheets come with you; nothing is migrated.
- Where is my data stored, and who can read it?
- Sensitive text — chat, notes, ticket descriptions and comments, documents, client contacts, invoice notes — is encrypted with a key that belongs to your organization before it is stored. Files are private and only reachable through short-lived links tied to your session. See the Security page for the full list.
