Time tracking and timesheets
Clock in once. The timesheet writes itself.
One click to clock in, breaks that follow your organization's policy, time tracked against a project and ticket, and timesheets you can approve, print and export. Managers see who is working right now; the daily stand-up builds itself from yesterday's time.
- Clock in and out with breaks: none, optional or required
- Team Clock: who is working, on a break or off, live
- Requests to add or correct time, approved by managers
- Overtime rules, reminders, auto clock-out, CSV export
Clock in, clock out, take a break
One click starts the day. The organization decides the break policy — none, optional or required, with a default length. Track time against a project and ticket, or add a manual entry.
Team Clock
Managers see, live, who is working, who is on a break and who is off. No status messages, no asking.
Corrections that leave a trail
Forgot to clock out? Request a correction. Managers approve, reject or ask for a revision, and the timesheet records the outcome.
Reminders and rules
Reminders to take a break and to clock out after a set number of hours, with repeats and automatic clock-out if you want it. Push notifications carry “Clock out” and “Extend” actions. Overtime rules set daily regular hours and double-overtime thresholds with multipliers.
Timesheets and stand-up
Review and approve timesheets by person, project or ticket. Print them or export to CSV. Each morning, a stand-up is built automatically from yesterday's tracked time.
Screenshot monitoring, if you choose it
Off by default. When an organization switches it on, the desktop app takes periodic screenshots while someone is clocked in, with activity data: screen change, focused time, key and click counts. Managers review them per interval; gaps are recorded with the reason. Retention is set by the organization and old captures are purged automatically.
- Desktop app for macOS and Windows
- Only while clocked in — never when the timer is stopped
- Retention you set, for example 30 days
For managers
Team Clock, approvals, overtime rules, timesheets to export, and monitoring only if you turn it on.
